Description: The study is mainly to find out the Effect of Implementation Of 360o Performance Appraisal Technique at CONVERGYS BPO. A performance appraisal (PA), also referred to as a performance review, performance evaluation, (career) development discussion, or employee appraisal is a method by which the job performance of an employee is documented and evaluated. A 360 degree appraisal is a type of employee performance review in which subordinates, co-workers, and managers all anonymously rate the employee. This information is then incorporated into that person's performance review. The study is also to find out the factors which influence the performance of employees. The research study conducted is descriptive in nature and the population size used for this study is 100. Both primary and secondary data are collected to meet the requirements. For collecting the data a structured questionnaire was used. The questionnaire is with multiple choices, open-ended and close-ended questions. The study is mainly based on the primary data and the required primary data were collected through the structured questionnaire from the entire population. In this study percentage analysis and two-way analysis is used to interpret the data collected. The study revealed that the majority of the respondents feel that company has to create an awareness among employees about performance appraisal techniques.
