Online communication allows users to communicate with others in a quick and convenient manner. Given this, the online communication tool must be able to communicate words, photographs, or other files quickly and with minimal or no delay. Android Studio is one of the platforms which provides IDE which allows the developer to make android app applications with ease. Instant messaging can be considered as platform to maintain communication. Android provides better platform to develop various applications for instant messaging compared to other platforms. Primary goal of this study is to develop an app that allows operators and users to communicate in real time. With the aid of the internet, users will be able to text one another using the Android system to communicate. Both devices must have an internet connection for the system to function. SQL Lite provides the backend for this Android-based application.
