It also aims at assisting the management in price fixation. The manufacturing process and the cost sheet of each product are ascertained to analyze the absorption of cost in each stage and profitability of the process. Other costing tools and techniques like Break Even Analysis, sensitivity analysis are studied for optimum use of the resources.
