Thus, we as economist seek to study the supply and demand of health care resources and the impact of health care resources on the population. In this view, economic analysis in health revolves around the determination and allocation of health care resources in an efficient manner. The role of the Indian government in the accountability of hospitals for quality of care involves shaping the community of those interested in quality, developing methods and infrastructure, standardizing information, providing information and technical assistance, and patient care. However India’s mass population lives in rural area which lacks of basic healthcare facilities, in this study we are try to find status of Indian health system, national health policies, health insurance and overall health economics.
