Description: The study is conducted to analyse the purchase behaviour of mobile phone among women segment in the city. For this study, an unknown population of all mobile subscribers was taken into consideration. The study followed a descriptive research design with convenient sampling technique. A structured questionnaire was used, it was administered to the respondents personally and secondary data was collected through Internet. A sample of 120 respondents was taken from the population, 60 respondents from existing mobile users and 60 respondents from those intending to buy a mobile. The analysis was done through simple percentage, cross tabulation and weighted average methods. From the analysis it is found that Reliance customers are highly satisfied in voice clarity and network coverage. Reliance mobile is having a good customer retention based on the service provided to their customers.
