Description: A STUDY ON CUSTOMER FEEDBACK ABOUT CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB (CBOP) SERVICES is the project work done in CBOP, City. The main objective is to study the satisfaction level of the customers for centurion bank of Punjab in erode branch. The secondary objectives of the study are to enhance the quality of the products and services and also to improve the employees approach towards the customers. The research design used for this study is descriptive research design. Sixty respondents were selected by using convenience sampling technique. Primary data was collected by using structured questionnaire administered on 60 respondents through interviewing technique.
